We are bombarded every second in time with 2 million bits of information and we can only process 135 bits out of it. So what happens to the rest of the information? It gets deleted, distorted and generalised. Our mind creates programs that help us cope with life. So when you wake up in the morning; wash your face; and start the day, even if you don’t light up, this is a program. When you drive to work without even thinking, this is a program. Imagine if you had to think about every single thing that you do. Sometimes feral programs are created by our subconscious (we will refer to it as unconscious mind) which include unwanted habits, addictions, phobias and just the way we react to certain things. Smoking is one of these programs. And once a program like that is created it can be quiet challenging to remove it if you don’t understand the way the mind works. All these programs are stored in the part of the brain that is called unconscious mind which basically controls a very large part of our day to day functions. It’s like a computer, if you don’t run the defrag program, your hard drive runs slower and slower and everything corrupts we write defrag programs to overcome that. Using that analogy here is what we do...
